My Story
Hello, I’m Ms. Erica, and my entrepreneurial journey has been one of passion, perseverance, and empowerment. Growing up, I saw the challenges that women, especially women of color, faced in pursuing their dreams of business ownership. I knew I wanted to create something that would not only provide for my family but also uplift and inspire others to do the same.
While pursuing my businesses, I also recognized the importance of empowering others, especially women, to take control of their own futures. This led to the birth of Reflection Hour, a platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering women entrepreneurs. Through seminars, workshops, and mentorship, I provide the tools and guidance needed to succeed, with a focus on business development and growth. Empowering others is at the heart of everything I do, and Reflection Hour serves as a space for women to come together, share stories, and build each other up.
