My Story
Hello, I’m Ms. Erica, and my entrepreneurial journey has been one of passion, perseverance, and empowerment. Growing up, I saw the challenges that women, especially women of color, faced in pursuing their dreams of business ownership. I knew I wanted to create something that would not only provide for my family but also uplift and inspire others to do the same.
​​​While pursuing my businesses, I also recognized the importance of empowering others, especially women, to take control of their own futures. This led to the birth of Reflection Hour, a platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering women entrepreneurs. Through seminars, workshops, and mentorship, I provide the tools and guidance needed to succeed, with a focus on business development and growth. Empowering others is at the heart of everything I do, and Reflection Hour serves as a space for women to come together, share stories, and build each other up.

Reflection Hour is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through personal growth, business development, and community connection. As a Women’s Business Center, we provide a supportive space where women entrepreneurs can access resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help them launch, scale, and sustain successful businesses. Our mission is to create a thriving community where women can develop their leadership skills, share experiences, and collaborate with like-minded individuals. Through workshops, events, and our signature Glam Giving Events, we not only empower women in business but also give back to the community by providing essential supplies to those in need.
